The Influences of Television upon The Akhlaq of Young Generation

Based on the reality, The Influences of Television upon The Akhlaq of Young Generation is real and happening. For example, in the general thing like dressing and habits. Many of young generation in our country has to be part of it, it such a part of century progress I guess. They think if they not following a century progress or what is something trendy or modern by right now, they will be called a fussy or a boorish people.  Just because of that, the young kid in this time is prefer to choose of being not-fussy and not-boorish people with following a century progress and what is trendy or modern by right now without thinking about it first whether it’s right or wrong and it’s true or false.

Okay, first in a dressing thing. The young kid in this generation is much more dressing like a celebrities in Hollywood with a western style. Why? Because they have influence by an actress in the movie which they saw in a television or in a movie. Like we already know that dressing western style is much more showing a part of body especially for a girl that shouldn’t be shown, the dress that I talk about is a mini skirts, hot pants, tank top, tight jeans, etc. I mean it’s okay if they just put on those dress in their home, but in outdoor it’s a little bit inappropriate. It’s very different if we compare with a arabian style, I mean not exactly arabian style at least their dress is closing the “aurat” or in the other word is part or human body especially for a girl that shouldn’t be shown. So it’s didn’t caused any negative thinking that came from the other people who saw it, in fact they will be appreciate and respect them because they appreciate and respect themselves with wearing a dress that politely.

Second, is in habits thing. The young kid in this time is prefer to act like their favorite celebrities in Hollywood which they saw in a television or in a movie. Like we already know that celebrity in Hollywood are sometimes can act brutal, even though not all of them act like that, but still it’s very influence the young kid who watched their habits in a real life. For example, it’s effected in their home like they start to brave themselves yelling to their parents also they’re forget to “shalat” or in the other word is pray to the God in Islam religion. Also they have no embarrassed anymore to do a romantic stuff like hugging, cuddling, or even kissing in public like they saw from their favorite celebrities that doing it that stuff. Well, I mean yes in there (Hollywood) that stuff it’s kind a usually and okay to do. But I think it’s not usually and okay to do in here (Indonesia). They have abandon their religion teaching and they even doesn’t care about it at all. I mean, they declare themselves as a Muslim but they break Islam rules itself. If they a Christian or Jewish, I don’t care what they’re all gonna to do. It just if you declare yourself as a Muslim, please don’t ruined and destroy this religion with your bad attitude as for you declare yourself as a Muslim. With inadvertent, you insult Islam itself, and it’s not cool. I don’t judge or discriminate any religion in here, cause everyone has a right to choose their religion. Every religion has a law and rules each one of that, so choose your religion wisely that same with your belief and faith and respected other religion as well. Remember, there is no pushing in choose a religion, you free to choose your religion.

The conclusion is we have to able different which one is positive or negative, right or wrong, and true or false with ourselves from the television itself. After all, I guess we already older enough to different which one is positive or negative, right or wrong, and true or false and make a wise decision about it to create and shape our “akhlaq” and improve it until the best we can.
