Another British Invasion

British, yeah British, the place where all of industry seems a slightly little bit more cool than anywhere else, I don’t why but it just the fact. Starting from the best and my favourite band of all time, Coldplay to the newest sensation from a British-Irish boy band that consist of a members Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson, One Direction. Yup, lately I’ve been singing their song whenever and wherever I go, for example when I go to my campus riding my motorcycle in top of the morning, I sang all of their song all the way to there. I know I don’t declare myself as the biggest fan of a boy band, or a fan of a boy band, or not like them (boy band) at all if that matter, but I like them (One Direction). This boy band it’s not like any other boy band, let’s say…in Korea, that singing and dancing, I guess I’m not to interest to saw bunch of a guys that dance in group, it makes me uncomfortable (I know it’s weird). But One Direction, they’re not singing and dancing at the same time, they’re just singing, don’t get me wrong, what I mean by “they’re just singing” it’s brilliant, their voice it’s so good to hear, and their song is so catchy even in a couple of weeks I already remembered all of their lyrics, I think they’re the next of “Westlife” that also come from UK, right? (Pardon me if I wrong, not the biggest fan of a boy band) but more younger, fresh, and handsomer (no offense, guys) :)

Starting from my female friend (what I mean by “female friend” is that she’s not girlfriend) that ask me to download one of One Direction’s song which is “What Makes You Beautiful,” but instead I just download one song, I download three of their music video, “One Thing”, “Gotta Be You”, and “What Makes You Beautiful” itself, and after I listen to all of it, this is my new favourite of British music, it’s brilliant! I know that most of One Directioners are girls, but I’m not embarrassed at all to declare myself that I like One Direction. Dear all of my chaps around the world, I’m a boy One Directioners! 

To be honest, listen to One Direction’s songs makes me want to be a better guy to a girl. I can only imagine that all of girls around the world are expecting a generally nice guys in One Direction, well at least I can sees them that they were a generally nice guy. One Direction also make me want to learn an acoustic guitar again, and my guitar would thankful if it could speak cause I literally played it rarely and left it covered in a dust, but not anymore! I’ve been practicing with my guitar now, well at least I tried. The point is, One Direction increase my amazement of the British music again since Oasis, Blur, Radiohead and Coldplay era.
